Marsh Land Labs LLC is dedicated to producing only the highest quality Labrador Retrievers. All of our dogs are AKC registered, and have had genetic testing. All of our puppies are guaranteed to never suffer from CNM (Centronuclear Myopathy), DM (Degenerative Myelopathy), EIC (Exercise-Induced Collapse), HNPK (Hereditary Nasal Parakeratosis), PRA-PRCD, PRCD (Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration), DRD1, OSD1, RD, RD/OSD (Retinal Dysplasia/Oculoskeletal Dysplasia1), or SD2 (Skeletal Dysplasia 2) All of our puppies receive either limited (non breeding rights) or full AKC registration paperwork. Visitation will be permitted only after the litter has received it’s 1st round of puppy shots, this is to maintain the health of the litter, and keep the stress level at a minimum for the momma. Every puppy will be wormed at 2, 4, 6, & 8 weeks of age, and will have had their 1st round of shots at 6 weeks of age, given by my vet.  All of our puppies have been started on Royal Canin puppy food as well as NuVet wafers.  http://www.nuvet.com/871276 

Each puppy will be provided with a customized puppy package which will include their AKC registration paperwork. Copies of the Sires & Dams disease panel clearances. Summary explaining the diseases we test for. Copy of the Sires & Dams AKC pedigree. Certificate from my vet, along with shot records. Worming schedule with dates given. Weight growth chart from birth to 8 weeks old. Photos of Sire & Dam, and a pre-8week old puppy photo. A complete puppy kit from Royal Canin. Blanket with mommas scent, a puppy toy, and our customized “Road Ready Rescue Kit” in the case of any unpredictable “accidents” on the ride home!

Once puppies are born we require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot in the pick order. Balance is due in CASH at the time of pick up, or 2 weeks prior to pick up if writing a check.

***At Marsh Land Labs LLC, we do not value one color puppy over another, however we do use outside studs and the pricing can vary dramatically. Therefore our pricing varies depending upon our stud fees for that particular litter, as well as parental pedigrees.***

***Any puppies that cannot go home by 8 weeks of age will be charged a boarding fee of $40.00 per day unless otherwise discussed in advance***

***Marsh Land Labs LLC always reserves the right to 1st pick of any litter to better our breeding program. This will always take place prior to any puppies being old enough to be picked by potential buyers.***

***Marsh Land Labs LLC does not guarantee the size, color, temperament, or the ability to breed for any of the puppies we sell. We require that you have your new puppy checked out by your vet within 72 hours of bringing your new puppy home. We will not assume responsibility for injury or illness once the puppy is in the care of the new owner. You are receiving a puppy that has been wormed and given their 1st round of shots, (as stated above) it is the new owners responsibility to continue with puppy wellness visits and shots***
