She answered all of our questions quickly, worked around our schedule to meet Buddy, put together a folder with all of the necessary information regarding Buddy’s lineage and medical records, provided a travel package (that also included pictures of his parents, siblings and, yes, Santa!) for Buddy as he traveled home with us, and even followed up the next day to see how things were going.
